By looking at data, we identified key demographics and created detailed personas that represented the target audiences. These personas directed both the art direction and the design process.
Once I created the designs from these personas, I Ied the localization to adapt the content for different regions. The result was a highly targeted campaign that successfully boosted DHL's recruitment efforts.
